Work Experience

2024 - Present

Future Salesforce Admin / Consultant

Digital Career Institute, Germany

As a future Salesforce consultant, I will contribute by systematically configuring custom objects to track project milestones effectively. This will involve defining and implementing key fields such as milestone name, due date, status, and associated project details. By logically structuring these elements, I will ensure that each milestone is accurately recorded and monitored, supporting clear and organized project tracking.

Furthermore, I will contribute by designing and generating detailed reports to provide insights into upcoming milestones for all active projects. These reports will utilize logical filters and dynamic views to categorize milestones by project, due date, and status. This structured approach will offer a comprehensive overview, enhancing visibility and allowing teams to prioritize tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and make data-driven decisions.

By applying these logical and methodical techniques, I will contribute to streamlining workflows, increasing tracking accuracy, and facilitating proactive management of project timelines. I am eager to bring these skills to a future team, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, meet deadlines, and achieve their goals.

European Union Project for Support Disadvantaged Students

As an education consultant, I guided students towards successful career paths by providing tailored advice and resources. I collaborated with my team to create graphic designs for the project website, ensuring engaging and informative content. My focus was on optimizing students’ transitions into the workforce, with a particular emphasis on EU and Turkish job opportunities.

I believe these experiences have equipped me with strong analytical and communication skills, which are directly transferable to a Salesforce consultant role. By understanding individual needs and creating customized solutions, I can effectively implement and optimize Salesforce systems to improve business processes. My background in advising and supporting students aligns well with providing exceptional client support and training, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions.

2014 - 2015

Student Teacher

Monterey Peninsula College, CA (Internship)

I planned and provided developmentally appropriate activities for preschoolers and built strong relationships with students, families, staff, and the community. I believe this experience translates well to working with Salesforce CRM. I enjoy customizing CRM solutions to fit unique needs and building positive connections with users. My goal is to create user-friendly solutions and improve processes, just as I aimed to make learning engaging and effective for the preschoolers I worked with.

2012 - 2014

Dormitory Administration Officer

Republic of Turkey Ministry of Youth and Sports

Taking on a leadership role, I managed state dormitories, overseeing the well-being of thousands of university students. This experience taught me the importance of creating a supportive and well-organized environment, which I believe is directly applicable to working within the Salesforce ecosystem. By ensuring smooth operations and addressing student needs, I developed strong organizational and problem-solving skills. In Salesforce, these translate to creating user-friendly solutions that meet the needs of all stakeholders. My ability to coordinate with various departments and handle diverse issues enhances my capacity to manage client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes with Salesforce.

2006 - 2011

Private Teacher (English, French)

Freelance

As an old teacher, I believe my strong communication skills enable me to explain complex ideas clearly and effectively. This ability complements my work with Salesforce, where I focus on customizing and enhancing CRM systems to fit business needs. My teaching background also supports my role in training users and providing clear, practical support. I believe that combining my linguistic skills with my technical expertise helps ensure that Salesforce solutions are both user-friendly and impactful in improving business processes.

Education

2024-2025

Salesforce Admin / Consultant

Digital Career Institute, Germany

During my Salesforce Consultant Education, I developed a robust set of skills essential for Salesforce consulting. I gained hands-on experience in customizing Salesforce, including configuring custom objects, fields, and page layouts to meet specific business needs. I learned to automate processes using Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Flow to improve efficiency.

I also honed my data management skills, mastering data import, export, and integrity maintenance with tools like Data Loader. Creating and customizing reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights was a key focus, along with user training and support, where I learned to create guides, conduct training, and troubleshoot issues effectively.

Additionally, I acquired project management skills, including planning and executing Salesforce implementations, and learned about integrating Salesforce with other systems for seamless data flow. This bootcamp equipped me with both technical expertise and the interpersonal skills necessary to design, implement, and support impactful Salesforce solutions.

2013 - 2015

Child Development Certification

Monterey Peninsula College - Monterey, CA

During my studies in child development, I gained a comprehensive understanding of early childhood cognitive, social, and emotional growth. I learned to create age-appropriate curricula that stimulate young minds and foster key developmental milestones. My coursework emphasized the importance of observing and documenting children’s progress, as well as cultivating strong partnerships with families to support holistic child development.

This education equipped me with skills in data tracking, relationship building, and individualized planning – all of which translate well to Salesforce. Just as I used these skills to nurture children’s growth, I can apply them to manage customer relationships, track progress through sales pipelines, and tailor strategies to meet specific client needs in a Salesforce environment.

2004 - 2010

Bachelor of French Language Education

Ondokuzmayis University, Samsun, Turkey

As a French Bachelor’s degree graduate, I believe I have gained strong communication skills, allowing me to clearly articulate complex ideas in both written and spoken forms. I believe my analytical skills, honed through the study of literature, culture, and language structure, enhance my problem-solving abilities. My experience in teaching and presenting information to diverse audiences has improved my ability to train and support users. Additionally, I believe my interpersonal skills, developed through building relationships in an educational setting, are essential for client interactions and stakeholder management. These skills are directly transferable to customizing Salesforce solutions, managing data, creating reports, and ensuring effective user adoption and support.
